Jeff Carlisle's "Destiny's Prize" celebrates The Empire Strikes Back's 30th Anniversary by showing Boba Fett's spaceship SLAVE ONE flying away from Bespin's CLOUD CITY with both Boba Fett and his prize, Han Solo (in Carbonite) visible in the ship's windshield. In the colorful clouds behind the ship, you can see the faces of the Star Wars heroes and villains, who are all meeting their own destiny as well...

Time to prepare for the insanity and awesomeness that is Star Wars Celebration V in Orlando Florida - August 12-15.
Why that's THIS WEEK!
YES IT IS!
I will be camped out in the Main Exhibition Hall in the STAR WARS ART SHOW hosted by Acme Archives, along with about 40 other amazing artists who all have done licensed work in the Star Wars universe.
The ART SHOW is open Thursday through Saturday, 10am to 7pm and Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
So, it's that time of year again!
The wonder, glory and (by the third day) funky smells of COMIC-CON descend upon the streets of San Diego, California in the biggest meeting of passionate, Geeky humanity in the world!
And I am going to be there - attending some panels and for the first time in a long time, having a home base...with Stuff to give away and sell!

Happy new Year! Sure, it's three months into the New Year...and halfway through March already, but hey I have been busy! With what, you ask? Why art, of course.
March has seen the release of "The Lord of the Rings Masterpieces II" card set from Topps, and that series has more of their popular hand-drawn sketch cards, of which I did 75 for the set with and additional nine to be returned to me. Look for them on eBay--but watch out, they have been going at a steep price!
Thanks to everyone who stopped by my table at Star Wars Celebration IV in Los Angeles! If you didn't get a chance to buy one of my signed, limited edition prints there--worry not!

Hey Everyone...
Just to let you know that I will be in the art show at the Star Wars Celebration IV in Los Angeles from May 24th through the 28th. I will be selling a collectable print entitled "Thirty Years Ago, in a Galaxy Far, Far Away". Its dimensions are 18x24 inches and will retail for $50.00 each. It is a Limited Edition print and only 250 will be sold--and sold only at the convention.
